The closing ceremony of the “Investing in Our Future” professional development program, initiated by SOFAZ to support the professional and personal growth of female students aspiring to build successful careers in the field of investment, has taken place.

As part of the programme, held from May to June, participants engaged with 11 mentors and 5 trainers, explored the activities of SOFAZ’s key structural departments, and participated in soft skills training sessions.

During the closing ceremony, participants delivered presentations and shared their impressions of the programme. This was followed by a session titled “Modern Demands – From a Leadership Perspective” with Bahruz Bahramov, Deputy CEO of SOFAZ. The event concluded with a certificate presentation ceremony.

We congratulate the first graduates of the “Investing in Our Future” professional development program and wish them success in their future careers.
