• Mobilization, area set up, area management, establishment of area control system, allocation of equipment and other general stuff;
• Provision and agreement of the construction material with SOFAZ

30.04.2012

• Construction-assembly works on the 1^st  floor of two storey mezzaine floor are going on. Construction-assembly works on the ground of the 2^nd  floor are going on.

31.05.2012

• Construction-assembly works of the 2^nd  floor are finished. Construction-assembly works of the 3^rd  floor are continuing.

30.06.2012

• Construction-assembly works of the 3^rd floor are finished. Construction-assembly works are going on the columns and walls of the 4^th floor.

31.07.2012

• Construction-assembly works of the 4^th , 5^th  and 6^th  floors are finished. Construction-assembly works are going on the 7^th  floor.

31.08.2012

• Construction-assembly works of the 7^th, 8^th  and 9^th  floors are finished. Construction-assembly works of the tenth floor are going on;
• Painting works are going on in the basement.

• Construction-assembly works on the 10^th  and 11^th  floors are finished. Construction-assembly works of the 12^th  floor are going on;
• Painting works are going on in the basement;
• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing works are going on in the basement and standard floors.

31.10.2012

• Construction-assembly works on the 12^th  and 13^th  floors are finished. Construction-assembly works of the 14^th floor are going on;
• Painting works are going on in the basement;
• Ceiling construction of the parking space on the -2^nd floor is finished;
• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing works are going on in the basement and standard floors.

• Painting works are going on in the basement;
• Cladding and plastering works of the 6-10^th floors are going on;
•  Ventilation duct works and construction of plumbing pipes are going on in the basement and standard floors.

•  Azeri steel metal construction works are going on. Modul 2 (Part C) is being istalled. Totally 9 parts are installed.
