According to the article 109, paragraph 32 of the Constitution of Republic of Azerbaijan, aiming at timely execution of reconstruction of the Samur-Absheron irrigation system project,it is hereby decreed:

To make following amendments to the Decree No. 803, dated December 30, 2012, of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the "The Approval of the Budget of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2013" :

1. To replace the figure 107 438.0 with the figure 173 938.0 in paragraph 3.3 of the table in the third part and to replace the figure 138 274.5 in paragraph 3.4 with the figure 71 774.5.
