According to paragraph 32, article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, it is hereby decreed:

To add paragraph 3-1. to the Decree No.1186 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 10, 2017 on “The Budget of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for (Legislative database, 2017, No.1, article 33):

«3.1. To approve "The framework (program) of the main directions of utilization of Oil Fund's assets for 2017».
