According to paragraph 32, article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the purpose of clarifying budget revenues and expenditures of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2018, it is hereby decreed:

1.To make following amendments to the Decree No.1770 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 28, 2017 on “The Budget of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2018” (Legislative database, 2017, No. 12 (I book), article 2338):

1.1.To change the numbers “11 559 956.2” and “9 730 221.8” with the numbers “15 310 823.9” and “11 480 221.8” respectively in the first part.

1.2.For the second part:

1.2.1.To change the number “9 723 786.1” in the article 2.1. with the number “13 307 411.0”;

1.2.2.To change the number “3 612.0” in the article 2.2. with the number “4 080.0”;

1.2.3.To change the number “16 340.0” in the article 2.3. with the number “17 370.0”;

1.2.4.To change the number “1 042 046.1” in the article 2.4. with the number “1 216 734.8”;

1.2.5.To change the number “774 172.0” in the article 2.5. with the number “765 228.1”;

1.2.6.To change the number “11 559 956.2” in the total revenues row with the number “15 310 823.9”;

1.3.For the third part:

1.3.1.To change the number “9 216 000.0” in the article 3.2. with the number “10 966 000.0”;

1.3.2.To change the number “9 730 221.8” in the total expenditures row with the number “11 480 221.8”

2. The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure the realization of the issues arising from this Decree.
