Pursuant to paragraph 32, article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the purpose of clarifying budget revenues and expenditures of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2020, it is hereby decreed:

1.To make following amendments to the Decree No.906 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 29, 2019 on “The Budget of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2020” (Legislative database, 2019, No. 12 , article 1949 ):

1.1.To change the numbers “12 384 088.2” and “11 589 910.3 ” with the numbers “7 832 893.4” and “12 439 910.3” respectively in the first part.

1.2.For the second part:

1.2.1.To change the number “10 563 404.5 ” in the article 2.1. with the number “6 646 940.7”;

1.2.2.To change the number “4 692.0 ” in the article 2.2. with the number “6 752.4”;

1.2.3.To change the number “19 380.0” in the article 2.3. with the number “21 080.0”;

1.2.4.To change the number “1 031 271.7 ” in the article 2.4. with the number “390 342.9”;

1.2.5.To change the number “765 340.0” in the article 2.5. with the number “767 777.4”;

1.2.6.To change the number “12 384 088.2” in the total revenues row with the number “7 832 893.4 ”;

1.3.For the third part:

1.3.1.To change the number “11 350 000.0” in the article 3.2. with the number “12 200 000.0”;

1.3.2.To change the number “11 589 910.3” in the total expenditures row with the number “12 439 910.3”

2.The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure the realization of the issues arising from this Decree.
