Ordinance of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan

On amendments to the order No. 11 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 31, 2005, on the “List of goods exempt from value added tax imported into the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan”

Taking into account indentation 8, article 119 of the AR Constitution and settled proposals between the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Taxes, as well as State Customs Committee the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan decided:

To add a paragraph 1.24 to the order No. 11 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 31, 2005, on the “List of goods exempt from value added tax imported into the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Code of laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2005, №1, article 55, №4, article 378, №10, article 980; 2006, №2, article 180, №4, article 367, №7, article 652; 2007, №6, article 700, №7, article 743, №12, article 1355; 2008, №4, article 325, №7, articles 672, 687, №11, article 1036; 2009, №1, article 25, №4, article 291, №9, articles 742, 744, №12, article 1071; 2010, №4, article 356, №7, article 706, №12 articles 113, 1114; 2011, №1, article 68, №4, article 374, №8 article 775; 2012, №1 article 38, Orders of the Cabinet of ministers № 154, dated July 19 and № 210 dated September 24):

“1.24.Imported gold for allocation in the assets of SOFAZ.”
