Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To appoint Israfil Aydin oglu Mammadov as Deputy CEO of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2. The present Order shall come into force from the moment of its signing.
