The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan ("SOFAZ") in accordance with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On public procurements" announces a Request for Proposal (RFP) to select and install analytical software for the Optimization of the Investment portfolio.

Companies that have expressed interest shall refer to SOFAZ to obtain the RFP. The deadline for the submission of proposals is September 27, 2010 at 18:00 local time (GMT+4). Opening of the proposal bids will take place at 11:00 AM local time (GMT+4) on September 28, 2010 at the administrative building of SOFAZ (Neftchilar Avenue 24, Baku, Azerbaijan Republic, AZ1004).
