The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) conducted an open tender for procurement of the Intelligent and Integrated Building Concept Driven Consultancy and Professional Services Work for Design and Supervision in a New Class-A Office Building Construction Project.

As a result of tender CDC (Central Data Control, http://www.cdc.uk.com/ ), UK company was announced as a winner and SOFAZ signed a procurement agreement with CDC on April 23, 2010.
