“Web Coder” Limited Liability Company has been the winner of the Request for Service Proposal (RSP) held on the announcement published, in the August 30, 2017 issue of newspaper "Azernews”, for the purpose of purchasing a service of creation of the official web site of the Extractive Industries Transparency Commission by the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan. A relevant procurement contract has been signed with the winner company, on 02 November 2017.
