The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with Article 48 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurements" holds a competition for the procurement of services on compiling and publishing the annual report for the year 2012 on implementation of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) in Azerbaijan.

Proposals shall be submitted in closed and sealed (signed) double envelope no later than 18:00 (GMT +4), December 17, 2012.
