SOFAZ has launched a new internal initiative titled “Danışaq”, aimed at fostering knowledge and experience sharing among its employees. Through this platform, colleagues will come together to discuss current trends and recent developments within the Fund, while also having the opportunity to attend peer-led presentations on topics of shared interest.

At the inaugural session of the “Danışaq” initiative, members of SOFAZ’s Strategic Communications Division delivered a presentation on “The Power of Social Media: SOFAZ’s Approach.”

The presentation focused on the growing importance of modern communication tools, the role of social media in preserving and strengthening the Fund’s brand image, and the critical contributions employees can make in this area.
