SOFAZ’s CEO Israfil Mammadov held a meeting with Toghrul Khalilov and Shahriyar Hasanverdiyev, winners of the fifth “Yüksəliş” Competition, as part of the Mentorship Program.

In line with the objectives set during the previous mentorship session, the meeting reviewed the activities undertaken and the progress achieved under the individual development plan. Discussions continued on modern management methodologies and institutional development. The exchange of views also focused on strengthening management and leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective decision-making capabilities.

It should be noted that the “Yukselish” competition was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition have the opportunity to participate in a one-year personal development program under the guidance of senior executives.
