Governed by the Clause 32 of the Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in accordance with the Clause 5.5 of the Statute of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved by the Decree № 434 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 29, 2000, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To approve the below-mentioned new members of the Supervisory Board of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

Novruz Mammadov – The Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Valeh Alesgerov – Vice-Speaker of the Parliament (Milli Majlis) of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Natig Amirov – Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and Industrial Issues, Head of Department

Samir Sharifov – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Shahin Mustafayev – Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Elman Rustamov - Chairman of the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan

2. 1^st part of the Order № 73 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on ‘Approval of new members of the Supervisory Board of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan’ (Legislative Acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2008, № 11, Article 1031; 2010, № 2, Article 80; 2014, № 5, Article 477; 2016, № 8, Article 1384; 2017, № 8, Article 1545) dated November 27, 2008 will be declared invalid.
