The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with chapter V of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurements” holds a competition for the procurement of the following services: collation and analysis of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) 2011 annual reports to be submitted by the EITI Committee and foreign and local companies and giving opinion on the reports.

Internationally recognized audit companies (hereinafter referred to as "service providers") with a specific permission to operate in Azerbaijan (license) wishing to make proposals should submit them to the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as "TOR") no later than 11:00 am, February 9, 2012.
