The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with Article 48 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurements" holds a competition for the procurement of construction works of its new office building located in Baku, Nizami district, 6th Kondalan str. 2 by the method of request for proposals (RFP).

Interested contractors (vendors) who meet the following requirements are eligible to participate:

-minimum ten (10) years of experience in construction of high-rise buildings;

-minimum three (3) completed commercial high-rise building construction projects (the minimum height of one hundred (100) m, the minimum area of thirty thousand (30 000) m2) worldwide (excluding CIS countries);

-turnover of minimum one hundred (100) million Azerbaijani manats or its equivalent in foreign currency over the last financial year;

-availability of highly qualified engineers and technical workers with at least two (2) years of experience in construction in foreign countries.

Proposals shall be submitted in double envelope closed and sealed (signed) no later than 18:00 (GMT +4),December 12, 2011.
