VTB Bank OJSC’s Supervisory Council meeting was held in Baku on October 22, 2014. Baku meeting is the first meeting in the history of the Bank held outside of Russian Federation.

Executive Director of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) Shahmar Movsumov participated at the meeting as an independent member of the Bank’s Supervisory Council.

During the meeting participants discussed issues related to the Bank’s activities and made appropriate decisions.
