Executive Director of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), Shahmar Movsumov met with a delegation headed by Chairperson of MEDEF (Movement of the Enterprises of France) International’s France-Azerbaijan Business Council, Group Senior Executive Vice President, International Division CEO of SUEZ Marie-Ange DEBON on May 11, 2016.

Mr. Movsumov briefed the delegation members on the Fund’s activity, management of its assets, investments and the activities of Azerbaijan in the frame of Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI).

The current economic relations between Azerbaijan and France, development perspectives of these relations, SOFAZ’s investments in this country and other issues were discussed at the meeting.
